Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street. Fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening. ~Coco Chanel
This is HILARIOUS. Ellen DeGeneres dressed up as Sophia Vergara for Halloween.
Frankly, I wasn’t very excited about most of the dresses I saw at this year’s Screen Actors Guild Awards. These three were the standouts, in my opinion.
Sophia Vergara in Marchesa
Sophia is a lovely lady, but she tends to wear gowns on the red carpet that are too tight. This is a pleasant departure. The fit is great and that raspberry looks fabulous on her. Hair and makeup are pretty, too. Keep up the good work, Sophia!
Viola Davis in Marchesa
White gowns generally look amazing on women with darker skin, and Viola is proving that here. Beautiful! The dress fits her perfectly, the accessories are just right, and those big, loose curls frame her face nicely. I think this is the best she’s ever looked on the RC.
Jessica Chastain in Calvin Klein
This dress is incredibly simple, but lovely nonetheless. That cornflower blue looks amazing against Jessica’s skin and hair. And speaking of hair…the style is ideal. An updo would have been too severe.
