Frequency’s so low
Heart on a string
A string that only plays solos
Rain made of echoes
Tidal wave rushing on and on

Under the water you scream so loud but the silence surrounds you
But I hear it loud and you fall in the deep and I’ll always find you
If my red eyes don’t see you anymore
And I can’t hear you through the white noise

Just send your heartbeat
I’ll go to the blue ocean floor
Where they’ll find us no more
On that blue ocean floor
On that blue ocean floor
On that blue ocean floor
On that blue ocean floor
On that blue ocean floor

Shell made out of gold
Found on a beach,
Picked up and you held so close
Rain washed out its glow,
Heartbeat steady leads me down below

And under the water you scream so loud but the silence surrounds you
But I hear it loud and you fall in the deep and I’ll always find you
If my red eyes don’t see you anymore
And I can’t hear you through the white noise

Just send your heartbeat
I’ll go to the blue ocean floor
Where they’ll find us no more
On that blue ocean floor
On that blue ocean floor
On that blue ocean floor
On that blue ocean floor
On that blue ocean floor

Twenty thousand leagues away, catch up to you on the same day
Travel at the speed of light, thinking the same thought at the same time
Heart beats at a steady pace, I’ll let the rhythm show me the way
No one can find us here, fade out and disappear

If my red eyes don’t see you anymore
And I can’t hear you through the white noise

Just send your heartbeat
I’ll go to the blue ocean floor
Where they’ll find us no more
On that blue ocean floor
On that blue ocean floor
On that blue ocean floor
On that blue ocean floor
On that blue ocean floor

And just like that I’m in love with JT again.

Despite what you may have heard, my boo Justin Timberlake is not working on a new solo album.
Yesterday, producer Jim Beanz went on and on about collaborating with the singer/dancer/actor/fashion designer/restaurateur/golf course owner/tequila peddler/cologne spokesman on a “crazy” new album, but J.T.’s publicist was all, “Nuh-uh.”
And, just like that, my hopes and dreams were dashed.

“Are you tellin’ me this is a sign?”

I sang that in response to something a friend said the other day. It’s not unusual for us to break into song in unison during our convos, so I was surprised she’d never heard “Signs.”

It was my jam back in ‘05! Luv Snoop, luv the bassline. Oh, and it features my future ex-husband Justin Timberlake.

Even if you’re familiar, peep the video and get “in tune with the season.” It’s probably been awhile!

OK, it’s not really a video. Just audio and a still of Snoop, but play it anyway. If a bootleg version of the official video (I couldn’t find a legit, full-length version online) is more your style, click here. I won’t judge.

You may not believe it

But I don’t believe in miracles anymore

And when I think about it

I don’t believe I ever did for sure

Justin + Jimmy

Fashion editorials are often characterized by dim lighting, odd camera angles, and expressionless models posed in unnatural positions.

However, the December GQ editorial featuring Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon is the antithesis of all that. Below are my favorite photos from the shoot, which was photographed by Peggy Sirota.

Aren’t these photos hilarious? Good job, fellas.

Remember this fashion crime against humanity?

I do. Unfortunately.

It was committed at the 2001 American Music Awards. And I’d still like some Windex for MY BRAIN.

I’ve often wondered what these two said to each other before they left the house. Probably something like…

Brit-Brit: Oh my God, J., we look so awe-some.

J.T.: Right? We’re killin’ it, Babe. Fo’ shizzle.

The photo above was posted yesterday to one of my new favorite Tumblrs: Justin Timberlake Does Things.

If this doesn’t make you laugh, I don’t think we can be friends.
