Ginnifer Goodwin will play Jackie Kennedy in National Geographic Channel’s upcoming docudrama “Killing Kennedy.” Rob Lowe will play JFK.

The movie tells the story of Kennedy’s 1963 assassination, and will premiere in November to coincide with the 50th anniversary of his death.

Very curious to see if Ginnifer can pull off Jackie’s voice. She’s got the look.

Christian Siriano’s first Resort collection is insanely beautiful. Like, I’m drooling on my keyboard.

“My Resort 2014 collection is inspired by current modern abstract art, specifically the graphic qualities of gestural brush strokes in the works of Nicholas Wilton, Kristy Gammill, and Jenna Snyder-Phillips. Their modern takes on graphic shapes, lines, wide stripes and color inspired some of the prints and fabrics in the collection. These artists’ works —though modern— have vintage quality, which helped to inspire some of the looks that recall the 1960s. I wanted the shapes to feel fresh and youthful but still classic, elegant, and ladylike for my customer. She wants to be well-dressed day-to-day, but comfortably so, and so we have included more sportswear in this collection. In addition to our signature cocktail looks, there are quite a few smart and fun separates for day and evening that incorporate vibrant color: fuchsia, yellow, and purple.”

THIS GIRL. Allow me to explain.

Yesterday I wrote about this Cheerios commercial featuring a biracial family.

I was all like, “This is my new fave! Cuteness overload!”

And then bigots promptly rained on my parade.

Cheerios posted the commercial to YouTube just three days ago, but disabled the comments section within 48 hours because it was flooded with racist bullshit.

You’d think this new Cheerios ad from Saatchi & Saatchi in New York might go largely unnoticed, given the plethora of interracial couples on TV shows these days … The problem is that TV ads have always lagged TV programming in this regard, as so many brands are clearly scared of being perceived as making a political statement with the casting of their commercials. Thus, the Cheerios ad, despite its characters being representative of tens of thousands of actual couples in America, sticks out like a sore thumb.

Oh my gosh this commercial is my new fave let me tell you why:

1. That face! Her serious expression when she’s asking about Cheerios’ heart healthiness is beyond adorable.

2. Those curls! Those chubby little hands! My ovaries are doing somersaults.

3. But the best thing about this commercial (to me, anyway) is that it features a biracial family, specifically a family where the parents are black and white. I’ve never seen a TV commercial like that in my 31 years of life.

Just let that marinate.

Olivia Pope is one of the most stylish characters on television, hands down. But don’t take my word for it.

Vulture writer Margaret Lyons has actually taken the time to create a slideshow of every outfit Liv wore during Season 2. Lyons’s commentary is pretty funny. Below are a couple pics from the slideshow, her quips, and my responses.

Olivia’s pajama wardrobe is better than Quinn’s everything wardrobe.
